Cancellation Policy

A $25 deposit is required to hold your booking spot. Bookings that have not paid the $25 fee via bank transfer will be cancelled within 4 hours. Send copy of payment receipt to (242) 802-2468 to confirm the booking. Cancellations are to be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period will not be allowed to reschedule with the deposit previously paid. All appointments come with a 10-minute grace period. Any clients arriving later than the allotted grace period will have their appointment automatically canceled. Balances are to be paid in exact amount the day of appointment. (Cash or Via Suncash link.) no cash change will be given. No call/no show appointments will be ineligible to make future bookings.
